FOUR STAGES: The Cycle of Change online course is structured to introduce you to the four iterative stages that make up the process of change. Each stage is described with clear and highly practical concepts to enliven your thinking, and with methods to get you applying them to your particular situation right away - whether in your own life, at work, or as you think about changes in your community, country and the world.
SELF ASSESSMENT: Each Stage includes a link to a self assessment called "HOW'D I DO?" The assessments highlight important ideas covered within the Stage, giving you an opportunity to reflect on what you've learned and how it applies to your own situation.
RESOURCES & CONTEMPLATIONS: There are suggested practices in each stage to aid you in deepening your understanding and experience, as well as additional resources for you to explore. The Cycle of Change is a journey of exploration - enjoy!
