About the Creator.

Rebecca Reynolds is a pioneer in advancing human capability using real-time large-scale change projects as both context and curriculum.
Rebecca started her consulting practice RRC, in 1991, and since that time, has supported 1000s of people undertaking 100s of major change projects - what she refers to as "big endeavors." Working with groups of all shapes and sizes, across the spectrum of industry and content, Rebecca's applied methods proved extraordinary, time and again resulting in client achievements far surpassing their initial expectations. The reason is simple: people are capable of the amazing and miraculous when they’re set up to do so.
Over nearly three decades of leading large-scale change endeavors, Rebecca has created innovative frameworks, models, language and methods to advance her clients' capability in their change work. Rebecca has used her unique models and methods in a wide range of contexts over 30 years, testing their validity in real-time situations with hundreds of diverse groups. With each change project, the complexity and scope grew, proving the scalability of the methods. Over the years, people have experienced Rebecca's work and wanted to explicitly learn her methods, but Rebecca always chose doing the change work with her clients over teaching it more generally. That has changed!
Rebecca’s vision now is to scale the impact of change work by offering her effective methods in the repeatable mechanics of change and the art of how to apply them across the spectrum of human endeavor. The resulting Big Endeavor (BE) curriculum is an advanced program open to anyone: for individuals who are supporting large-scale change in others, as well as for those working to bring it about in their own organizations and in multi-organization endeavors. The Cycle of Change is the foundation of the curriculum, presented here for the first time to the public in this online course and also coming soon in her book.
