In the midst of one of the largest change events of our lifetime, feelings of overwhelm, confusion, fear, anxiety and sadness can overtake us. Many changes are challenging, but extreme change like we're facing now can throw us into a kind of panic soup.
Even if you’re coping well enough, you still have time on your hands – and may have a lot more in the days and weeks to come. Whatever the case, we can all use some support right now to help us navigate the changes that are upon us.
