To expand on what is offered in The Cycle of Change online course, Rebecca Reynolds is writing a book.
The book takes you more deeply into living The Cycle of Change so that your resilience in change becomes natural to you. You integrate it into how you approach your life, in all its facets and arenas, until you embody it. As a result, you're able not only to face the changes that come, but also begin to invite in the changes that you sense will help you grow and expand. This is what it means to Live Big. And this way of being inspires others.
The power of TheCycle of Change is that it integrates change at all scales - from individual change to change in humanity. In doing so, it gives you an understanding of how change works, no matter where you experience it. The book supports broad application of The Cycle of Change in personal, business, community, national and global contexts. Spanning content and context, this knowledge reduces resistance to change, enabling people to engage change in totally new and enlivening ways.
Understanding The Cycle of Change and the capabilities it brings about are important now more than ever. In a quotation from the book:
The world is more fluid and dynamic than ever before, with increasing opportunities for diverse perspectives and experience to collide. And our human endeavor is at the same time farther reaching (the globe is a step away) and closer to home (boundaries between work and personal are vanishing). The traditional forms and structures we've created to organize our society are in need of change to accommodate these and other significant trends. This need for transformation of forms that we consider so massive and deeply entrenched can appear quite complicated – and in the face of complexity, we can grow weary and retreat into the old known ways, even if they aren't working.
The Cycle of Change advances your ability to approach change. This has an extraordinary effect on your own life, but also makes you enormously helpful to others. You're able to contribute more to the collective ability of humans in any group, from your family to the global one.And this is what's needed now - less fear, resistance, confusion, and reactionary, defensive, blaming behavior and more comfort, more resilience, more ability to co-create with the waves of change occurring in our world.

Change is the most thoroughly natural process there is and everything and everyone experiences it. Although we experience it in an infinite variety of contents and contexts, what is the same is the change process itself. And it has recognizable stages that are repeated over and over again.
Knowing this and being able to use this knowledge is like the farmer learning the seasons and their expression in the farmer’s particular terrain. Without this knowledge and the ways to use it, the farmer’s actions, although worthy and effortful, may end up being washed away in the spring rains or frozen under winter frost. This book is about making the knowledge of the change cycle available to many more people - to provide a construct and language for navigating change, just as the farmer does the seasons, so we may be more patient with ourselves, more help to each other, and more able to realize together to a much greater degree, our dreams.
When all is said and done, this is why we're here – not to endure tired old problems, not to avoid change until we're drop-kicked into a quagmire of crisis, not to wallow in our habitual and familiar ruts. No. To experience our lives as the grand adventure they are, and to say yes to the journey calling to us, so that it may transform us into more of who we are.
